MASTERCLASS FOR SINGERS

We will enable the participants to have 2*45 min of learning with a concert master and a performance in Tallinn Town Hall on 21st February at 7 PM in association with Tallinn Winter Festival.

The course is meant for singers, who need inspiration to continue in their field and good advice concerning repertoire as well as styles and for planning the future.
MICHAEL HYOKUN HA
is a South Korean born tenor, who began his studies in singing at Hanyang University in Seoul and after receiving his master’s degree in 2012, he is engaged in the Staatstheater Braunschweig, where he has performed a variety of roles, including Nemorino (Donizetti “L’elisir d’amore”), Tamino (Mozart “The Magic Flute”), Aquilio (Vivaldi “Farnace”), Il Duca di Mantova (Verdi “Rigoletto”), Canio (Leoncavallo “Pagliacci”), Turiddu (Mascagni “Cavalleria rusticana”) etc. He has attended master classes with Margreet Honig, Dame Gwyneth Jones and Rudolf Knoll at the International Summer Academy Mozarteum Salzburg and received further impetus from such Italian maestri as Gianfranco Cecchele, Nicola Martinucci as well as Mietta Sighele.
