XVII TALLINN WINTER FESTIVAL “OPEN YOUR EYES, OPEN YOUR HEART” 13.02-23.02.2024
The festival will bring light and joy to the dark month of February and
awaits the public to the House of the Blackheads, Tallinn Town Hall and the Swedish St. Michael’s Church!
Multiple Estonian top soloists and a competition winner from Italy will perform at the festival concerts.
“MUBA TALENT 2023” prize will be given out for the second time at the festival.
The festival has turned attention towards people in need in our society since 2006 and for that
PLMF has created a charity “OPEN YOUR EYES, OPEN YOUR HEART“.
The campaign of 2024 “WITH MUSIC FOR UKRAINE” collects donations
to organize master classes for Ukrainian music students.
PLMF will donate 20% of the festival’s ticket fund to them and
we invite you, good people and organizations, to buy tickets to the Festival as well as donate:
