On the 2nd of December of 2023 one of the most famous, outstanding and loved opera singer Maria Callas would have turned 100. The opera world will remember her demanding yet conflicting personality. „Maria Callas 100″ rememberance concert program was put together by Eddy Lovaglio and Simone Marziali from the Carlo Bergonzi Academy (Accademia Verdiana di Carlo Bergonzi). Estonian and international soloists as well as EAMT’s outstanding singing course sopranos: the winner of the IV International Vocalists Competition Annabel Soode and Mirell Jakobson who recently debuted at the Estonia Concert Hall (Pamina’s role from Mozart’s opera „The Magic Flute“).
