XIX TALLINN WINTER FESTIVAL 10.-22.02.2026

For many years, the festival has brought light and musical joy into the month of February and once again welcomes concert audiences to
Tallinn Town Hall, the Swedish St. Michael’s Church and the Jaan Poska House.

PLMF has the exceptional honor that the Tallinn Winter Festival has been awarded the
European Festivals Association (EFFE) quality label for 2026-2027.

The festival can be viewed by all members of the European Festivals Association here.

Among the performers are leading Estonian soloists as well as musicians from Ukraine, the Czech Republic, and Italy.
As is tradition, the Kelam family PLMF Prize MUBA Talent 2025 will be awarded at the festival.
Within the framework of the festival’s Youth Programme, school concerts will take place in Tallinn educational institutions, Maestro Simone Maria Marziali’s masterclass for opera singers, featuring soloists from Estonia, Italy and France.

As part of the festival, the traditional charity initiative
“Open Your eyes, open Your Heart”
seeks supporters for the establishment of the
Tallinn Chamber Opera.
