Tenor Oliver Kuusik will contribute as a soloist and Jaan Ots will be the conductor.

Since 2006 the festival has taken a notice of the people in need in our society and we have created a good deed initiative with the motto “OPEN YOUR EYES, OPEN YOUR HEART” for this purpose.

In 2019 we are supporting private schools in buying instruments for instrumental teaching and private tuition.

PLMF is donating 25% of its festival’s ticket earnings to these projects, and we are inviting you to donate here:

NPO Training Centre for Practising Musicians, EE037700771003227591LHV Bank, with the keyword “Open your eyes, open your heart”.

In previous years the festival has collected funds for the Käo center for children with disabilities for schooling music therapists and buying musical instruments, NGO Nirk to cover daily driving costs, the children of Saaremaa to buy musical instruments and Estonia’s top performers to purchase quality instruments. In 2017 we helped Tallinn and Harju County’s Union of Large Families with the purchase of a van for transporting food. In 2018 we helped Old Town Music School together, to enable more children with special needs than until now to receive music education with the help of support persons.
