XVIII TALLINN WINTER FESTIVAL “OPEN YOUR EYES AND OPEN YOUR HEART»
11.-27.02.2025

The festival has for years brought light and joy to February and once again invites the concert audience to Tallinn Town Hall,
Swedish St. Michael’s Church, and the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre Concert and Theatre Hall.

PLMF has the exceptional honor that the Tallinn Winter Festival has been awarded the
European Festivals Association (EFFE) quality label for 2024-2025.

The performers include Estonia’s top soloists, young competition winners, and musicians from
Italy, Spain, France, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Latvia.
A tradition of the Winter Festival is also the awarding of the Kelam Family Special Prize to the MUBA Talent.
As part of the Festival’s Youth Program, school concerts will be held at educational institutions in Tallinn.

Tickets priced at €12-€25 are available on Piletilevi and at the venues before the concerts!

«Open Your Eyes and Open Your Heart» wishes to extend a helping hand once again to Ukrainian music students through the charity project
MUSIC FOR UKRAINE.

As part of this year’s campaign, we are raising funds to organize masterclasses for Ukrainian music students.
PLMF will allocate 20% of the Winter Festival’s ticket revenue to support this campaign.
Come and enjoy concerts by fantastic musicians and support future talents with your ticket purchase.
We also welcome kind-hearted individuals and organizations to contribute through donations:
