\n<\/span>IRINA ZAHHARENKOVA
\nis one of the most outstanding and unique pianists of her generation. She started piano studies at the age of four with her mother and continued at Tallinn Georg Ots Music School and Estonian Academy of Music and Theater\u2019s master\u2019s level (EAMT), where she finished her master\u2019s studies in 2003. She continued her studies in EAMT\u2019s doctorate level between 2003-2011 and defended her master\u2019s degree at Helsinki Sibelius Academy in 2010 (prof. H-Y. Liu Tawaststjerna). Irina has taken part of the master courses of several distinguished musicians and performed at international festivals in Italy, Germany, Finland, Norway and Estonia. She has also been invited to perform as a soloist in front of several orchestras. I. Zahharenkova is continuously performing at chamber concerts either with piano or harpsichord solo pieces. Two CD-s have been released: in 2010 and in 2012 with Classical Records and a DVD in a 2009 release by Estonian Records Production. Irina has an extensive repertory which comprises of pieces from baroque to contemporary music. At this time, I. Zahharenkova lives and teaches in Finland and she is a lecturer in EAMT. In addition, Irina has learned the organ, chemistry and Estonian-Finnish philology.<\/p>\n
