XVII TALLINN WINTER FESTIVAL \u201cOPEN YOUR EYES, OPEN YOUR HEART\u201d 13.02-23.02.2024<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The festival will bring light and joy to the dark month of February and
\nawaits the public to the House of the Blackheads, Tallinn Town Hall and the Swedish St. Michael’s Church!<\/span><\/p>\n

Multiple Estonian top soloists and a competition winner from Italy will perform at the festival concerts.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cMUBA TALENT 2023\u201d <\/strong>prize will be given out for the second time at the festival.
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The festival has turned attention towards people in need in our society since 2006 and for that
\nPLMF has created a charity “OPEN YOUR EYES, OPEN YOUR HEART<\/strong>“.<\/span>
\nThe campaign of 2024 “WITH MUSIC FOR UKRAINE” collects donations
\nto organize master classes for Ukrainian music students.<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

PLMF will donate 20% of the festival\u2019s ticket fund to them and<\/span>
\nwe invite you, good people and organizations, to buy tickets to the Festival as well as donate<\/strong>:<\/span>
